March 25, 2024: Newberry, SC 29108 The Saluda Tigers soccer team scored 2 points and limited the host Newberry Bulldogs to 1 in the Tigers league victory on Monday.
Next, the Tigers face the South Aiken Thoroughbreds (Aiken, SC) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, April 3. Saluda will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record.
The Bulldogs now have a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mid-Carolina for a AA Region 2 contest on Tuesday, March 26. Newberry will face a Rebels team coming off a 5-1 league win over Ninety Six (Ninety Six, SC). The Rebels record now stands at 8-2.
