The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Providence Panthers (Charlotte, NC) and the visiting Independence Patriots (Charlotte, NC), saw Providence's baseball team beat Independence by a margin of 12-3.

The Panthers (8-1) will now prepare for their battle against Hough (Cornelius, NC). The Huskies enter the non-league battle with a 8-2 record. In their last battle, Hough defeated West Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 14-4, in a league battle.
