March 25, 2025: North Charleston, SC 29405 Academic Magnet Raptors (North Charleston, SC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the visiting Pinewood Prep Panthers (Summerville, SC), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Academic Magnet moves its record to 9-3 on the campaign. The Raptors host Bishop England (Charleston, SC) to clash with the Battling Bishops in a non-league test on Thursday, March 27. The Battling Bishops come into the test with a record of 8-3. Bishop England won 6-1 in their recent league test against Bluffton (Bluffton, SC)
The Panthers now sport a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Northwood Academy for a SCISA AAA Region II test on Thursday, March 27. Pinewood Prep will clash with a Chargers team coming off a 3-3 league Palmetto Christian Academy (Mt. Pleasant, SC). The Chargers record now stands at 4-6.
