Washington High School Soccer - Lakewood knocks off Nooksack Valley
March 25, 2025: Arlington, WA 98223 In Tuesday's league outing, the host Lakewood Cougars soccer squad scored a tight 3-0 win over the Nooksack Valley Pioneers.
The Cougars (3-2) will now prepare for their outing against Mount Vernon (Mount Vernon, WA). The Bulldogs enter the 1A/2A/3A Northwest outing with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Mount Vernon by Anacortes (Anacortes, WA), 1-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Pioneers confront the Lynden Lions (Lynden, WA) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, March 27. Nooksack Valley will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Lions enter the outing with a 2-1 record after their 1-1 non-league Meridian (Bellingham, WA).
