Nevada High School Baseball - Whittell loses to Smith Valley
March 26, 2022: Smith, NV 89430 The Smith Valley Bulldogs baseball team scored 18 runs and limited the visiting Whittell Warriors to 0 in the Bulldogs league victory on Saturday.
The Bulldogs (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Coleville (Coleville, CA). The Wolves go into the 1A Northern match with a 1-4 record. In their last test, Coleville Mineral County (Hawthorne, NV), 10-10, in a league test.
With the defeat, Whittell falls to 0-2 on the season. The Warriors host Virginia City (Virginia City, NV) to battle the Muckers in a 1A Northern test on Tuesday, March 29. The Muckers come into the test with a record of 7-1. Virginia City won 16-1 in their recent league test against Excel Christian (Sparks, NV)
