With the win, Matanzas upgrades its record to 6-6 on the season. The Pirates travel to Tocoi Creek (St. Augustine, FL) to battle the Toros in a 2A D3 outing on Friday, March 29. The Toros go into the outing with a record of 6-7. Tocoi Creek lost 7-1 in their recent non-league outing against Menendez (St. Augustine, FL)
With the defeat, Father Lopez drops to 3-8 on the season. The Green wave host Flagler Palm Coast (Palm Coast, FL) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league outing on Thursday, April 4. The Bulldogs go into the outing with a record of 7-2.
