March 26, 2024: Amherst, VA 24521 Amherst County Lancers (Amherst, VA) fans were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Liberty Christian Bulldogs (Lynchburg, VA), 4-2 in a league challenge.
Next, the Lancers confront the Glass Hilltoppers (Lynchburg, VA) in a Seminole challenge, on Wednesday, March 27. Amherst County will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Hilltoppers go into the bout with a 3-1 record after their 3-2 league win over Liberty Christian (Lynchburg, VA).
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Heritage Pioneers (Lynchburg, VA) in a Seminole bout, on Friday, March 29. Liberty Christian will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Pioneers go into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 8-0 league loss to Jefferson Forest (Forest, VA).
