The crowd at Wednesday's league battle between the Perkiomen Valley Vikings (Collegeville, PA) and the host Spring-Ford Rams (Royersford, PA), saw Perkiomen Valley's baseball team gain a win over Spring-Ford by a tally of 5-1.

The Vikings (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Phoenixville (Phoenixville, PA). The Phantoms enter the Pioneer battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Phoenixville was overwhelmed by Boyertown (Boyertown, PA), 1-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Rams face the Methacton Warriors (Norristown, PA) in a Pioneer battle, on Friday, March 28. Spring-Ford will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 3-0 record after their 15-3 non-league win over Lansdale Catholic (Lansdale, PA).
