The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the Liberty Lions (Brentwood, CA) and the visiting Northgate Broncos (Walnut Creek, CA), observed Liberty's baseball squad overcome Northgate by a final score of 15-9.

With the triumph, Liberty moves its record to 9-2 on the season. The Lions travel to College Park (Pleasant Hill, CA) to confront the Falcons in a non-league contest on Saturday, March 28. The Falcons come into the contest with a record of 5-5. College Park lost 4-2 in their recent non-league contest against Cardinal Newman (Santa Rosa, CA)
