The Copper Hills Grizzlies softball squad (West Jordan, UT), was edged 1-0 in Thursday's league contest with the host Mountain Ridge Sentinels (Herriman, UT)

With the triumph, Mountain Ridge improves its record to 9-4 on the year. The Sentinels host Riverton (Riverton, UT) to clash with the Silverwolves in a 6A Region 2 bout on Thursday, April 9. The Silverwolves go into the bout with a record of 12-1. Riverton lost 5-1 in their recent league bout against Herriman (West Herriman, UT)

In their next game, the Grizzlies clash with the Farmington Phoenix (Farmington, UT) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 7. Copper Hills will attempt to advance on its 8-4 season record.
