The Franklin County Bulldogs softball squad (Meadville, MS), was edged 7-6 in Thursday's league contest with the host Tylertown Chiefs (Tylertown, MS)

With the triumph, Tylertown improves its record to 7-3 on the year. The Chiefs host Port Gibson (Port Gibson, MS) to face the Blue Waves in a 3A Region 7 contest on Thursday, April 2. The Blue Waves enter the contest with a record of 3-7.
