Eastwood Troopers (El Paso, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the host Montwood Rams (El Paso, TX), 7-6 in a league test.

With the win, Eastwood upgrades its record to 10-4 on the season. The Troopers travel to Eastlake (El Paso, TX) to battle the Falcons in a 6A Region I District 1 test on Tuesday, March 30. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 9-2. Eastlake won 5-2 in their recent league test against Coronado (El Paso, TX)

With the defeat, Montwood falls to 10-4 on the season. The Rams travel to Coronado (El Paso, TX) to battle the Thunderbirds in a 6A Region I District 1 test on Friday, April 16. The Thunderbirds come into the test with a record of 6-8.
