Connecticut High School Lacrosse - Governor's Academy drops to Loomis Chaffee School
March 27, 2024: Windsor, CT 06095 In Wednesday's non-league test, the host Loomis Chaffee School Pelicans lacrosse squad scored a tight 14-8 victory over the Governor's Academy Governors.
The Pelicans now have a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Salisbury School for a non-league test on Saturday, March 30. Loomis Chaffee School will face a Crimson Knights squad coming off a 11-6 non-league win over Noble & Greenough (Dedham, MA). The Crimson Knights record now stands at 1-0.
In their next game, the Governors face the Tabor Academy Seawolves (Marion, MA) in a Independent Schools test, on Saturday, April 6. Governor's Academy will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
