The Hamilton Hornets baseball squad (Hamilton, NJ), was overwhelmed 8-3 in Thursday's non-league contest with the host Notre Dame Irish (Lawrenceville, NJ)

With the triumph, Notre Dame moves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Irish host Princeton (Princeton, NJ) to confront the Tigers in a CVC - Colonial contest on Saturday, March 29. The Tigers come into the contest with a record of 0-0.

The Hornets now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nottingham for a CVC - Valley contest on Monday, March 31.
