May 17, 2025: Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 The Allentown Redbirds baseball team scored 3 runs and held the host Notre Dame Irish to 2 in the Redbirds non-league win on Saturday.
The Redbirds now hold a 13-9 record. They take the field next when they host Christian Brothers Academy for a non-league test on Monday, May 19. Allentown will play a Colts team coming off a 6-3 non-league win over Ocean Township (Oakhurst, NJ). The Colts record now stands at 17-3.
With the defeat, Notre Dame drops to 13-7 on the year. The Irish host West Windsor-Plainsboro South (Princeton Junction, NJ) to play the Pirates in a CVC - Colonial test on Monday, May 19. The Pirates go into the test with a record of 5-17. West Windsor-Plainsboro South lost 11-6 in their recent non-league test against Franklin (Somerset, NJ)
