The Ascension Catholic Bulldogs triumphed over the visiting White Castle Bulldogs softball squad by a count of 15-0 in Thursday's league challenge.

Next, the Bulldogs meet the Chalmette Owls (Chalmette, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 28. Ascension Catholic will attempt to upgrade on its 16-5 season record. The Owls enter the challenge with a 10-6 record after their 8-7 non-league loss to Archbishop Hannan (Covington, LA).

The Bulldogs (2-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Family Christian (Baton Rouge, LA). The Flames enter the non-league challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Family Christian was routed by Madison Prep Academy (Baton Rouge, LA), 19-0, in a non-league challenge.
