The Martin Warriors baseball squad scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Bowie Volunteers to 4 in the Warriors league triumph on Friday.

Next up, the Warriors battle the Haltom Buffalos (Haltom City, TX) in a 6A Region I District 8 outing, on Tuesday, March 31. Martin will attempt to advance on its 10-14 season record. The Buffalos come into the outing with a 4-19 record after their 8-2 league loss to Grand Prairie (Grand Prairie, TX).

With the defeat, Bowie drops to 5-15 on the year. The Volunteers travel to South Hills (Fort Worth, TX) to play the Scorpions in a non-league test on Saturday, March 28.
