In Friday's league bout, the Spring Lions (Spring, TX) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Eisenhower Eagles (Houston, TX), by a tally of 11-3.

Next up, the Lions encounter the MacArthur Generals (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region II District 14 bout, on Tuesday, March 31. Spring will attempt to upgrade on its 12-9 season record. The Generals go into the challenge with a 10-10 record after their 5-1 league loss to Aldine (Houston, TX).

With the defeat, Eisenhower drops to 6-15 on the year. The Eagles host Dekaney (Houston, TX) to clash with the Wildcats in a 6A Region II District 14 bout on Tuesday, March 31.
