Ephrata Mountaineers (Ephrata, PA) followers left the game pleased Friday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Muhlenberg Muhls (Laureldale, PA), 11-2 in a non-league match.

With the triumph, Ephrata advances its record to 4-0 on the year. The Mountaineers host J.P. McCaskey (Lancaster, PA) to play the Red Tornado in a Lancaster-Lebanon 1 test on Wednesday, April 1. The Red Tornado go into the test with a record of 1-2.

The Muhls (1-2) will now prepare for their outing against Reading (Reading, PA). The Red KNights come into the Berks County 1 outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Reading was overwhelmed by Elizabethtown (Elizabethtown, PA), 10-2, in a non-league outing.
