Burns Bulldogs (Lawndale, NC) supporters left the game thrilled Friday as they saw their softball squad topple the host Stuart W. Cramer Storm (Belmont, NC), 22-8 in a league game.

With the triumph, Burns improves its record to 6-5 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to Kings Mountain (Kings Mountain, NC) to play the Mountaineers in a non-league match on Monday, March 30. The Mountaineers come into the match with a record of 5-3. Kings Mountain won 21-0 in their recent league match against Ashbrook (Gastonia, NC)

In their next game, the Storm battle the Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC) in a non-league match, on Monday, March 30. Stuart W. Cramer will attempt to better on its 1-9 season record. The Jaguars come into the match with a 3-8 record after their 20-5 non-league loss to Shelby (Shelby, NC).
