The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the East Union Urchins (Blue Springs, MS) and the host Kossuth Aggies (Kossuth, MS), observed East Union's softball team get by Kossuth by a tally of 3-2.

The Urchins (15-3) will now prepare for their bout against Ripley (Ripley, MS). The Tigers go into the non-league contest with a 10-11 record. In their last contest, Ripley nudged Byhalia (Byhalia, MS), 16-0, in a league contest.
