In Monday's non-league game, the visiting Meridian Hawks baseball team scored a nice 16-4 victory over the Lincolnwood Lancers.

The Hawks (1-0) will now prepare for their game against St. Teresa (Decatur, IL). The Bulldogs go into the game with a 1-3 record.

The Lancers (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Edinburg/South Fork (Kincaid, IL). The Wildcats go into the MSM game with a 0-3 record. In their last game, Edinburg/South Fork was overwhelmed by Warrensburg-Latham (Warrensburg, IL), 16-0, in a non-league game.
