South Carolina High School Softball - Catawba Ridge bounces South Pointe
March 28, 2023: Fort Mill, SC 29715 The Catawba Ridge Copperheads (Fort Mill, SC) softball routed the visiting South Pointe Stallions (Rock Hill, SC), 13-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Copperheads (12-2) will now prepare for their bout against James F. Byrnes (Duncan, SC). The Rebels go into the non-league bout with a 10-1 record. In their last bout, James F. Byrnes was routed by Dorman (Roebuck, SC), 2-1, in a league bout.
The Stallions now possess a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Lancaster for a AAAA Region 3 bout on Thursday, March 30. South Pointe will confront a Bruins squad coming off a 13-3 league loss to Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC). The Bruins record now stands at 1-2.
