In Thursday's league game, the visiting Cox Mill Chargers baseball team scored a nice 22-10 victory over the A.L. Brown Wonders.

The Chargers (10-1) will now prepare for their game against Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC). The Ragin' Bulls go into the Greater Metro 4A game with a 8-4 record. In their last game, Hickory Ridge overcame South Iredell (Statesville, NC), 5-3, in a league contest.

The Wonders now sport a 3-7 record. They take the field next when they host Salisbury for a non-league contest on Friday, March 29. A.L. Brown will play a Hornets squad coming off a 9-2 league win over South Davidson (Denton, NC). The Hornets record now stands at 3-5.
