Texas High School Softball - Thorndale gets by Bremond
March 28, 2024: Thorndale, TX 76577 The Thorndale Bulldogs nipped the visiting Bremond Tigers softball squad by a final score of 4-3 in Thursday's league battle.
The Bulldogs (11-10) will now prepare for their battle against Bartlett (Bartlett, TX). The Bulldogs go into the 2A Region IV District 27 battle with a 1-7 record. In their last battle, Bartlett was edged by Milano (Milano, TX), 13-3, in a league battle.
The Tigers now possess a 4-3 record. They play next when they travel to Granger for a 2A Region IV District 27 battle on Tuesday, April 2. Bremond will meet a Lions squad coming off a 11-10 league win over Holland (Holland, TX). The Lions record now stands at 9-8.
