Spectators at Thursday's league match between the Clinton Arrows (Clinton, MS) and the visiting Tupelo Golden Wave (Tupelo, MS), witnessed Clinton's softball squad tip Tupelo by a count of 13-7.

The Arrows now sport a 9-5 record. They play next when they host Puckett for a non-league match on Friday, March 29. Clinton will meet a Wolves squad coming off a 5-1 league loss to Pisgah (Sandhill, MS). The Wolves record now stands at 17-3.

With the loss, Tupelo moves to 3-10 on the season. The Golden wave travel to Wheeler (Wheeler, MS) to meet the Eagles in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 2. The Eagles go into the match with a record of 3-6.
