The Bishop Shanahan Eagles baseball team scored 3 runs and held the host Unionville Longhorns to 1 in the Eagles league win on Friday.

The Eagles now hold a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Downingtown West for a Ches-Mont test on Monday, March 31. Bishop Shanahan will play a Whippets team coming off a 10-8 league loss to Downingtown East (Exton, PA). The Whippets record now stands at 1-4.

With the defeat, Unionville drops to 3-2 on the year. The Longhorns host Oxford (Oxford, PA) to play the Hornets in a Ches-Mont test on Monday, March 31. The Hornets go into the test with a record of 3-2. Oxford lost 6-1 in their recent league test against Avon Grove (West Grove, PA)
