Alabama High School Baseball - Demopolis wallops Selma
March 28, 2025: Selma, AL 36701 The Demopolis Tigers baseball team scored 19 runs and held the host Selma Saints to 0 in the Tigers league win on Friday.
The Tigers now own a 11-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Montevallo for a 5A Area 7 test on Tuesday, April 1. Demopolis will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 20-19 non-league loss to Maplesville (Maplesville, AL). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-8.
With the defeat, Selma drops to 0-10 on the year. The Saints host Southside (Selma, AL) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league test on Tuesday, April 1. The Panthers go into the test with a record of 0-3. Southside lost 5-3 in their recent non-league test against Blackman (Murfreesboro, TN)
