The Nansemond River Warriors baseball squad (Suffolk, VA), was edged 6-5 in Friday's league contest with the host Grassfield Grizzlies (Chesapeake, VA)

With the triumph, Grassfield moves its record to 2-3 on the season. The Grizzlies travel to Granby (Norfolk, VA) to confront the Comets in a non-league contest on Wednesday, April 2. The Comets come into the contest with a record of 2-3. Granby won 7-3 in their recent league contest against Norview (Norfolk, VA)
