The Hopewell Titans baseball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting West Charlotte Lions to 0 in the Titans league win on Friday.

The Titans now own a 9-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Chambers for a Queen City 3A/4A test on Tuesday, April 1. Hopewell will clash with a Cougars team coming off a 22-1 league win over Harding University (Charlotte, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 2-5.

With the defeat, West Charlotte drops to 0-8 on the year. The Lions host Hough (Cornelius, NC) to clash with the Huskies in a Queen City 3A/4A test on Tuesday, April 1.
