The crowd at Friday's non-league battle between the Sunlake Seahawks (Land O' Lakes, FL) and the visiting Mitchell Mustangs (New Port Richey, FL), saw Sunlake's baseball team get by Mitchell by a tally of 3-2.

The Seahawks (10-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Cypress Creek (Wesley Chapel, FL). The Coyotes go into the non-league challenge with a 9-7 record. In their last challenge, Cypress Creek nipped Hudson (Hudson, FL), 7-2, in a non-league challenge.

With the defeat, Mitchell drops to 13-6 on the year. The Mustangs travel to River Ridge (New Port Richey, FL) to clash with the Royal Knights in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 1. The Royal Knights go into the challenge with a record of 8-6. River Ridge lost 6-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Land O' Lakes (Land O' Lakes, FL)
