The Sunnyside Blue Devils edged the visiting Benjamin Franklin Chargers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-1 in Friday's non-league game.

Next up, the Blue Devils confront the Mica Mountain Thunderbolts (Tucson, AZ) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, April 1. Sunnyside will attempt to advance on its 7-5 season record. The Thunderbolts go into the game with a 12-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Sunrise Mountain (Peoria, AZ).
