The Central Mountain Wildcats overwhelmed the visiting Hollidaysburg Golden Tigers softball squad by a count of 12-2 in Friday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Wildcats meet the Williamsport Millionaires (Williamsport, PA) in a Heartland I challenge, on Tuesday, April 1. Central Mountain will attempt to upgrade on its 2-0 season record.

The Golden Tigers (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against DuBois (DuBois, PA). The Beavers go into the non-league challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, DuBois toppled Philipsburg-Osceola (Philipsburg, PA), 9-5, in a non-league challenge.
