Pennsylvania High School Softball - Pottsgrove knocked off by Upper Merion Area
March 28, 2025: Pottsgrove, PA 19464 The Upper Merion Area Vikings overwhelmed the host Pottsgrove Falcons softball squad by a count of 10-2 in Friday's league challenge.
Next, the Vikings meet the Pottstown Trojans (Pottstown, PA) in a Pioneer challenge, on Tuesday, April 1. Upper Merion Area will attempt to upgrade on its 1-2 season record. The Trojans go into the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 16-7 non-league loss to Renaissance Academy (Phoenixville, PA).
The Falcons (3-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Phoenixville (Phoenixville, PA). The Phantoms go into the Pioneer challenge with a 3-2 record. In their last challenge, Phoenixville toppled Pope John Paul II (Royersford, PA), 12-6, in a league challenge.
