In Saturday's league game, the visiting Destrehan Wildcats baseball team scored a close 6-3 win over the Central Lafourche Trojans.

With the triumph, Destrehan advances its record to 17-9 on the season. The Wildcats host South Lafourche (Galliano, LA) to battle the Tarpons in a non-league match on Monday, March 30. The Tarpons go into the test with a record of 11-16. South Lafourche lost 5-1 in their recent non-league test against Northlake Christian (Covington, LA)

With the defeat, Central Lafourche drops to 13-15 on the year. The Trojans travel to Hahnville (Boutte, LA) to play the Tigers in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 1. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 21-6.
