In Tuesday's league challenge, the Mountain View Mavericks (Meridian, ID) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Capital Golden Eagles (Boise, ID), by a final score of 7-1.

With the win, Mountain View upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Mavericks travel to Kuna (Kuna, ID) to encounter the Kavemen in a 5A Southern Idaho challenge on Thursday, March 31. The Kavemen come into the challenge with a record of 6-1. Kuna lost 8-7 in their recent league challenge against Borah (Boise, ID)

With the defeat, Capital falls to 5-5 on the season. The Golden eagles host Owyhee (Meridian, ID) to encounter the Storm in a 5A Southern Idaho challenge on Thursday, March 31.
