In Tuesday's league battle, the host Nevada Union Miners volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Placer Hillmen.

The Miners (13-2) will now prepare for their battle against West Park (Roseville, CA). The Panthers come into the Foothill Valley contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, West Park beat Lincoln (Lincoln, CA), 3-1, in a league contest.
