Alabama High School Softball - McGill-Toolen bounces Citronelle
March 29, 2022: Mobile, AL 36604 The McGill-Toolen Yellowjackets (Mobile, AL) softball routed the visiting Citronelle Wildcats (Citronelle, AL), 12-3 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Yellowjackets (2-8) will now prepare for their bout against Blount (Eight Mile, AL). The Leopards go into the 6A Area 1 bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, Blount was routed by Saraland (Saraland, AL), 16-0, in a league bout.
The Wildcats now possess a 3-2 record. They play next when they host Saraland for a 6A Area 1 bout on Wednesday, March 30. Citronelle will confront a Spartans squad coming off a 16-0 league win over Blount (Eight Mile, AL). The Spartans record now stands at 8-11.
