The Cornerstone Charter Cardinals nudged the visiting Mount Tabor Spartans baseball team by a tally of 4-3 in Wednesday's non-league bout.

The Cardinals now hold a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they host Carver for a Northwest Piedmont 1A bout on Tuesday, April 4. Cornerstone Charter will face a Yellowjackets team coming off a 15-0 league loss to Leadership Academy (Kernersville, NC). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 0-6.
