With the triumph, Ava moves its record to 3-3 on the season. The Bears host Logan-Rogersville (Rogersville, MO) to confront the Wildcats in a Class 4 District 10 contest on Wednesday, April 2. The Wildcats come into the contest with a record of 4-2.
The Bobcats now possess a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Dora for a non-league contest on Monday, March 31. Thayer will confront a Falcons squad coming off a 11-1 non-league loss to Alton (Alton, MO). The Falcons record now stands at 2-2.
