The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Eastlake Falcons (El Paso, TX) and the host Pebble Hills Spartans (El Paso, TX), observed Eastlake's softball team prevail over Pebble Hills by a tally of 16-5.

The Falcons (19-8) will now prepare for their bout against Coronado (El Paso, TX). The Thunderbirds go into the 6A Region I District 1 bout with a 9-18 record. In their last bout, Coronado was routed by Socorro (El Paso, TX), 21-4, in a league bout.
