March 3, 2022: Newnan, GA 30263 The Newnan Cougars crushed the visiting Pebblebrook Falcons baseball team by a count of 17-0 in Thursday's league bout.
The Cougars now possess a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Carrollton for a non-league bout on Saturday, March 5. Newnan will face a Trojans team coming off a 6-1 non-league win over East Coweta (Sharpsburg, GA). The Trojans record now stands at 5-4.
Next, the Falcons face the Riverside Military Academy Eagles (Gainesville, GA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, March 4. Pebblebrook will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Eagles enter the bout with a 0-5 record after their 13-1 non-league loss to East Hall (Gainesville, GA).
