The Bellaire Eagles basketball team scored 52 points and held the visiting Pellston Hornets to 49 in the Eagles league triumph on Thursday.

The Eagles now sport a 10-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Varsity Opponent for a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 9.

The Hornets (6-13) will now prepare for their contest against Harbor Light Christian (Harbor Springs, MI). The Swordsmen enter the non-league contest with a 10-8 record. In their last contest, Harbor Light Christian nudged North Michigan Christian Academy (Burt Lake, MI), 69-32, in a non-league contest.
