March 3, 2022: Long Beach, CA 90804 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Woodrow Wilson Bruins (Long Beach, CA) and the visiting Cabrillo Jaguars (Long Beach, CA), saw Woodrow Wilson's volleyball squad beat Cabrillo by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Woodrow Wilson upgrades its record to 6-2 on the year. The Bruins travel to South (Torrance, CA) to play the Spartans in a non-league bout on Friday, March 4. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 7-1. South won 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Narbonne (Harbor City, CA)
The Jaguars now own a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Long Beach Poly for a Moore bout on Tuesday, March 8. Cabrillo will play a Jackrabbits squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Lakewood (Lakewood, CA). The Jackrabbits record now stands at 8-4.
