May River Sharks (Bluffton, SC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the host Bluffton Bobcats (Bluffton, SC), 9-5 in a league battle.

The Sharks now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Hilton Head for a 4A battle on Monday, March 7. May River will clash with a Seahawks squad coming off a 8-7 non-league win over Philip Simmons (Charleston, SC). The Seahawks record now stands at 3-1.

In their next game, the Bobcats clash with the Beaufort Eagles (Beaufort, SC) in a 4A battle, on Monday, March 7. Bluffton will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Eagles come into the battle with a 0-4 record after their 18-3 non-league loss to River Bluff (Lexington, SC).
