March 3, 2022: Seale, AL 36875 The crowd at Thursday's league test between the Opelika Bulldogs (Opelika, AL) and the host Russell County Warriors (Seale, AL), saw Opelika's soccer squad triumph over Russell County by a margin of 9-0.
The Bulldogs now sport a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Eufaula for a 6A Area 4 test on Tuesday, March 8. Opelika will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Enterprise (Enterprise, AL). The Tigers record now stands at 1-4.
With the loss, Russell County drops to 2-3 on the season. The Warriors travel to Smiths Station (Smiths, AL) to meet the Panthers in a non-league test on Tuesday, March 8. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 2-3.
