Alabama High School Softball - Pinson Valley nudges St. Clair County
March 3, 2022: Odenville, AL 35120 Pinson Valley Indians (Pinson, AL) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad nip the host St. Clair County Fighting Saints (Odenville, AL), 10-9 in a non-league challenge.
The Indians now sport a 2-6 record. They take the field next when they travel to Moody for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 9. Pinson Valley will face a Blue Devils squad coming off a 6-3 non-league loss to White Plains (Anniston, AL). The Blue Devils record now stands at 5-5.
With the loss, St. Clair County falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Fighting saints travel to Clay-Chalkville (Pinson, AL) to face the Cougars in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 7. The Cougars enter the challenge with a record of 1-7. Clay-Chalkville lost 11-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Douglas (Douglas, AL)
