In their next game, the Malamutes face the Sand Point Eagles (Sand Point, AK) in a non-league game, on Saturday, March 4. Newhalen will attempt to move on its 23-3 season record. The Eagles enter the game with a 11-4 record after their 79-35 non-league win over Tanalian (Port Alsworth, AK).
