California High School Softball - Sheldon sneaks past Del Oro

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Sheldon Huskies (Sacramento, CA) softball squad got by the visiting Del Oro Golden Eagles (Loomis, CA), by a count of 3-2.

Next, the Huskies meet the Vanden Vikings (Fairfield, CA) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, March 4. Sheldon will attempt to upgrade on its 3-1 season record. The Vikings go into the test with a 1-1 record after their 7-4 non-league win over American Canyon (American Canyon, CA).

The Golden Eagles (1-1) will now prepare for their test against Whitney (Rocklin, CA). The Wildcats go into the Sierra Foothill League test with a 3-2 record. In their last test, Whitney held off Vacaville (Vacaville, CA), 17-4, in a non-league test.
