The Hendrickson Hawks softball team scored 15 runs and held the visiting Elgin Wildcats to 0 in the Hawks league win on Tuesday.

The Hawks now sport a 15-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Robinson for a non-league battle on Friday, March 6. Hendrickson will confront a Rockets team coming off a 7-5 non-league win over University (Waco, TX). The Rockets record now stands at 8-8.

The Wildcats (3-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Weiss (Pflugerville, TX). The Wolves go into the 5A Region III District 23 challenge with a 15-2 record. In their last challenge, Weiss toppled East View (Georgetown, TX), 6-3, in a league challenge.
